Prior to opening Gordo's, Raymond Gordo, a Norwood native, has worked under Cincinnati's Famous Chef, Jean-Robert de Cavel. Raymond has over sixteen years in the restaurant business; working in some of Cincinnati's most esteemed establishments. Some of Raymond Gordo's accomplishments are:
- Served as Sous Chef at Pho Paris.
- Chef of Cuisine by Jean-Robert featured at Currents at the Newport Aquarium.
